Lol quit su-king on Gunjan's toes you're not going to get a raise. She directly stated in the townhall that she doesn't give a f*@k about raises and will do nothing to compensate her employees better. She directly stated that she also does not care about employee morale and how low it is when directly questioned about it. Let's make something clear here limp wristed, cuck, bootlicker: Gunjan didn't state anything about what she expects out of employees.
She straight up said that her employee's financial concerns over RTO was "nonsense". Said it was selfish to ask about raises, and chastised another employee for asking about low morale company wide for employees. Her response to that was to suggest that employees just need to su-k it up and make friends in the office.
None of her direct answers help employees with how badly U.S. Bank compensates far below market rates, does not address the large financial costs employees would need to to figure out if forced back into the office 5 days a week. And how much trouble it will cause even bootlicking simps like YOU to be able to do your job effectively if there is a mass layoff/exodus of employees from the company.
Just because you look down on the lower level employees doesn't mean your position isn't wholly supported entirely by the hard work, collaboration, and efforts completed by the day to day frontline staff and grunts who make up a majority and bulk of the customer interacting staff numbering in the THOUSANDS.
If they can't afford to come into work 5 days a week and either get laid off due that reason and or have to quit it will have insane repercussions on every chain of command lol and every business line.
But unlike the rest of the bootlickers on here I can prepared. I recorded the entire meeting AUDIO AND VIDEO HAHAHA KEK. I record any and all bs meetings within this sh@t company. As I'm well aware of there being zero legal repercussions. They can try but damage will already be done once this video is released of Gunjan's q&a. A lowly grunt has nothing to lose.
Soon Gunjan will be reading all the hilarious comments on social media mocking her left and right and won't be able to do anything about it.

if you can't see the perspective on How the message was delivered was awful, then either you can't read social cues or you just don't care.
At least give the IMPRESSION that you care about your workers/people.

I wasn't able to listen to the call and am only hearing about it secondhand. But this is the problem with y'all. Why didn't anyone bother recording the entire meeting or bare minimum the Q&A session of the call on your phone? There were thousands of employees who tuned in and you're telling me in the day and age of viral sensations, not a single person recorded the meeting on video or even audio.
It's not a crime - it really isn't. The answer is to post the video/audio of Gunjan being an a**hole on social media so that she gets dragged through the mud, the shareholders are made to look bad, and US bank stock takes another hit lol. That's the only recourse we have as grunts.
Hello even without audio/video. There's thousands of clout chasers on tiktok. Make a compilation video of all the complaints just from this website and add some catchy tiktok song to the video and spam it on every social media platform you can. Tag US Bank on all posts. Send the video to clout chasers/social media personalities on tiktok who cover topics like these.
With the amount of time people waste on Instagram and tiktok you'd think they would be well aware of SM personalities and accounts that would LOVE a juicy tidbit of mud slinging like this.

I don't get it. The CEO made clear what she wanted and expected of employees. Why is that so hard to take. There was nothing wrong with what she said--you just didn't like it which says more about you than it does her.
Start with moving your money out. Spread the word in your inner circles. Hit em where it hurts.
Only option is really to send anonymous emails to various news sources and let her take a big PR hit and see how the board reacts if it affects the stock price.
I know that karma will take out the trash and she proved to us that she is just trash.
