Workday reset my time in job after re-org

Now in spite of being in my job for 5+ years a re org has set my clock to 0 months workday. New manager is terrible and he gets notified of every application and has the power to approve or reject my application. So frustrated...I hate workday

@OP+1tsARd0N - another way to gaslight you to quit and probably a mix of the technology failing due to all the layoffs...

I submitted a request they said it's working correctly, my former manager made an error in transferring me which changed my position number and now I'm trapped. They told me to submit a loudspeaker about it.

chances are your reorg put you in a different job # which is why time in job changed. Possible now that welhen you apply and you haven't met the time in job requirement it sends an approval request to your current manager as they are required to approve. I would suggest putting in a ticket with HR to see if they can change your time in job especially if it changed due to no fault of your own.

Can someone clarify if a manager can see every time an employee posts or only if the employee has been here a year or less

It's a new feature of workday, just released 6/20

I don’t think the manager is supposed to see when an employee applies to an internal job (even if you have been here less than a year). They do ask a question if you been in your role a year when you apply.
