I can't say I'm being laid off, but I'm definitely being pushed out. The workload is impossible and the support is nonexistent so the stress is suffocating. They're not showing me the door but they're making me want to walk through it myself. And I know I'm not the only one feeling this way.

So many of us are feeling this, add to that that the nonexistent (not published) "severance policy" and for those of us who have been here for a long time it's even more concerning.

Yes, what cracks me up is the PTO. Yea I worked through a funeral and my kid geting hospitalized. We can take PTO as long as you make yourself accessable, IE work remote. Then all your remote time gets logged to the director and used against you! WTF. I am only here for the money. I have never worked at a place where I see people running to meetings because they are "scared".
@OP yup. Same for me so I did only one task a day waiting until I got a severance package. Its not worth the stress.
