One of the best leaders this entire company has left and they just announced her leaving with little to no detail. Remains to be seen but she had the highest character I had seen in a leader so I am sure she stood up to the wrong person in the company

@bn better outcomes at lower cost....lmao
I have it on good authority that her stay-at-home husband's quiche-making skills were in serious decline these past few years and it was causing her significant writer's block. As a data geek board member author * mom, she can't be expected to bring home the bacon if he can't properly bake it in a french tart.
Wendy blew $250k of the training and travel budget sending herself and 60 employees to the snowflake conference. She was receiving a snowflake partner award, I imagine she wanted to have an entourage there to clap for her. If you work in BTS and your travel or training got cancelled, you now know who to thank for that.
@op Not a surprise. Centene IT is run by the Humana mafia. Wendy is an outsider who did not come from Humana. Doesn't matter how good you are, if you are not one of them.
#1 Unwritten Rule of Posting:
- Read ALL of the posts which have already been posted in the thread, BEFORE adding a new one of your own.
Not only does this basic tenet serve to provide you with context, insight, and possibly answers to questions you may have about whatever the OP's post was about; but it also serves to prevent you from looking to the rest of us, like either a baby who wants to be spoon-fed answers, or a scatterbrained clown who lazily, reflexively, and impulsively acts before thinking.
Who are we talking about
Well…it’s not like our data was getting any better..or cleaner…or easier to access…or make sense of….or consolidate.
From the header:
“This email was sent to all Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team members, Centene Leadership Team (CLT), and BTS People Business Partners and IT Finance Partners.”
@OP What state?
Was this email sent to people leaders only? I havent seen this email yet.
Email reads: she is “moving on from Centene effective today.”
Wild. Do we have any indication if she left by choice?
Where was this announced? Did she leave on her own?
Her name is Wendy Batchelder.
@a2 Chief Data Officer
@OP who is this specifically that was let go?
I had the same thought. Very sad to see that she has left!
