I had a similar experience when I needed to go into the store recently. The salesperson lied to my face even though he knew I was an employee and knew better.

Fios network built on backs of union and meritocracy management. VzW initially had strong Team but Hans fake teats and DEI worried more about BLM fraud then Competition
They’re just trying to make a sale and get their bonus. They’ll leave others to handle the disappointment.
