I left Fiix a few months ago because the decline under RA leadership felt increasingly difficult to ignore. It's only a matter of a few more quarters before headcount reductions become inevitable.
After two years of post-acquisition corporate turf wars, long-time employees leaving, and what often felt like poorly managed restructuring, it seemed like the right time to move on.
Having worked at several SaaS companies, I’ve seen firsthand how central marketing is to growth. Marketing was one of the engines that helped build Fiix and drive its success. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the current marketing leadership has in it them to maintain that same level of focus, capability, or momentum.

with the performance, layoffs most likely right before Blake leaves or right after new person starts (Tessa,Bob, Matt, Matheus). Probably right before Blake announces so he can get stock pop (for his ego) or reduce stock decline response after announcement.
End of fiscal coming up. Any predicted layoffs in your BU?
@OP yes. Layoffs / cost cuts are Inevitable. Most of the competitors are doing the same thing.
