I heard there were going to be even more transformational changes being rolled out in June/July, especially within Global Ops. Any insight here?

What about UnconIT? Will they continue to be on their own?
@aq Good. The two-year “hotshot tour” where people rotate out just before accountability kicks in was never a sustainable model. Staying long enough to own outcomes should be a requirement.
there is a team who is scripting who needs to be fired and who needs to be part of new global ops org. led by ex guyana dev. manager. so you can only guess what happens, the buddies and chums and pals take big roles with scraps for others. thise with toxic behavior, broken families, broken souls - and we make them leaders. no surprise culutre is in the toilet at EM.
Good thing my IT leadership tried to run me off and rank me low for a while. Everyone my age makes more than me. This could be some funny stuff. You CX guys that are older making some serious bank id be a little worried.
@c6 Not much left in GoA (GOM) operations-Hoover being decommissioned and that leaves only Julia-tie back to Jack/St. Malo. Not sure about OBO-Thunder Horse is it? The end of an era for ExxonMobil
Guyana model…bring it to the Permian…also get rid of Eagleford shale and any GoA operations asap.
@OP yes changes coming, can’t share details but campus Uncon SHE should be…
Total chaos. All those stuck in the middle of the chaos better prepare yourself. Hipos were moved prior to the org lock. If you were not moved be ready for your career to stall out as you spend another three years in the same role even if you are due for a move. Clock is resetting for everyone middle of the year. Plan on another three years of whatever you are doing now. Doesn’t matter what you were promised before.
Guyana model. Bringing in third party contractors to run things is the long term vision for all sites. Reorg is the first step to move towards this new model.
