PIP strategy

Long story short...I expect to be NSI this year. Can anyone share the blueprint for dragging this out as long as possible before I am severed?

Do you have the ability to take some sort of leave of absence? Your PIP would not take effect until you are back. That could extend the duration a little while.

NSI - Needs Significant Improvement
NI - Needs Improvement
PIP - Performance Improvement Plan
MLRP - Management of Lower Relative Performance

@OP Your comment makes zero sense. If you work for the company, which I highly doubt, just leave. And for the person who asked what NSI is, please troll Chevron's board instead of ours.

Me as well. If boss changes? Try and push boss on a plan and you get thw plan right. Or keep doing what you’re doing. We are about to have this merger so that could create some smoke for us. Personally I just need one more year. Then start over somewhere else.
