End of Q1…Are more layoffs heading our way?

Pepsico toxic bosses would rather force you to resign than admit how damaging their behaviour has been. Losing you is easy. Owning the damage they caused you isn’t and therefore PepsiCo still going down and more layoffs on the horizon!
So they rewrite the story by saying things about you like:
“I didn’t bully her.”
“He was difficult.”
“She was incompetent.”
“He wasn’t a team player.”
“She was a drama queen.”
“They couldn’t handle the pressure.”
That’s how they protect themselves. That’s how they make you the problem while Pepsico performance is spiraling downhill.
@h1 I don't think there is one. That "article," which is on a site hawking services for jobseekers, is likely AI-generated and partially hallucinated.
@en what is the date on the WSJ article?
@en more than HQ ROLES!

@d7 hmm so a way for “former employees” to access severance / documents?
@d7 what’s an okta tile?
No way. Tons of people just took $30k car loans this company dumped on us.
@OP I work for a vendor of Pepsi (basically one of the companies you have an Okta tile for), and we just got asked to add a ‘Pepsi/Severance’ integration today… so it’s not looking good
