Most difficult team to work with in Verizon

Can you name a team who is most difficult to work with ? Basically nothing can be done with this team.
Keeps on adding friction to others work and won’t deliver anything by themselves.

Customer experience and reporting team who manages self serve channels. They do not care about csat scores which totally contradicts Dans main focus areas. Very sad.

  1. Leadership - AVP/VP and above - incapable of making decisions, and when they finally DO make a decision, it's usually a bad one.
    1. Finance team - takes an eternity to get a SOW approved, or BC added to an application
    2. OnePipeLine support team - takes an act of God to get a change request thru the system.
    3. C-ops application support in general - poorly trained, poorly paid, who have no idea how to actually fix anything.

@b3 totally agree, then add onshore GTS leadership, total cluster. Absolutely no leadership in sight, they pawn everything off to avoid accountability, and the staff and clients suffer for it.

VZI GTS. Incompetent, ignore messages and emails until you've added 2 managers, unmotivated, write bug ridden and non-standard code, move tickets between groups because it's just not their problem. I'm drowning in work and I don't half-a-s it. They are code camp dropouts. Oh and they don't show up for calls they accepted. Fire every last one of them even if we just hire US temps instead. Yes I am aware of economics.

Without a doubt, HR. They have virtually limited any way to reach a human being for assistance. Their tools and search engine totally su-k. Very frustrating.

Hard to say. Most of our NOCs have like 2 people each who know what they are doing and are actually willing to do it. If you get lucky and get them it's top class support. the rest are straight bad attitude tu-ds. This should have been managed out years ago but the same ratio of management of these groups are short timer tu-ds as well

Most Wireless management above 7 know nothing. They outsource the best work because it’s to complicated. They do not know their own technology and they feel entitled. They have layers of knowledge nothing. They are a bloated mess. I am not a union employee.
