@15z there's no layoffs this week. If there was it would be a bigger deal on this forum. Everything gets leaked

@ad you id--t. Laid off employees that ended 12/31 get bonuses.

Caribbean remote workers got above target. Can you believe that?

Wondering the same thing. I left for another role in early Jan and was told I’d still receive STIP… but not sure how it’ll be paid out or if I’ll be notified of the amount.

Enough with the stip nonsense

@ad Some laid off employees have a termination date of 1/1/26, which makes them bonus eligible.

STIP target is a different percentage of your salary depending on your level. So 10% for some, but different percentages for others.

i didn't get one but it's outlined here: https://www.businessinsider.com/paramount-year-end-bonus-david-larry-ellison-wbd-deal-2026-3

to save you a click, apparently they got a 100% (flat) individual multiplier and 94% business multiplier, on a stip target that's usually 10% of their salary

so if you made 150k and your stip target was 15k, you'd actually get just over 14k, so less than expected. wild times we're living in
