Is the vibe off for anyone else? We spent all last year talking about getting off to a hot start and if we need funding to work system enhancements the leaders will go get the money and it’s mid January and we don’t even have a budget set. Vibe seems off just like it was pre 11/20. Curious to know if that’s across the board?

When does anything get done before March? You expected a change?
Portfolio team that drove alignment of the Capital budget let go, need to change the budget, can’t land on a new budget. Sounds about right.
Delight the customers! Set the foundation. Off to the start I expected. Meaningless catch phrases with zero substance.
@OP its a sign that more lay offs are coming. They are probably working on the numbers.
