@d4 was told two months and continued payment and benefits throughout december... yet I've not received anything in writing.
@ct I was there for 15 years. They asked if I would relocate I said I couldn't. I trained my replacements and then was let go.
@cb people aren't getting them until the month after your last paid period.

@OP im still awaiting my package/notice. Was released in December. How do I go about making sure they send me one?
I received 32 weeks in a lump sum, I was laid off in December. May the odds be ever in your favor.
We are doing very little laying off and lots of firing.
Coworker got 3 months with benefits.
