I think we need to learn where and by whom these hinges were engineered. It's a HINGE, not rocket sceince. Does anyone know?

If you know a hinge engineer why not reach out to them to help rather than criticizing. Remember: The quality goes in before the name goes on.
I know I always advise my family and friends to think twice before buying a new car. But buying a Ford is something different entirely. Might as well take your cash and light it on fire, over and over again.
If you work there, form a strategy for leaving. Take all the money they'll give you, leave as soon as you can. These people have no long term plans.
@b2 Doesn’t matter, the stigma is already attached to Ford’s brand. It will take years to reverse the damage. Some people will never be repeat buyers no matter what.
