CSM team has gone through two round of layoffs already (April and November). I heard more to come after the new year. Anyone has any insight on this?

IBM sets everyone up to fail...
IBM did not know how to use CSMs or how to correctly incentivize the role.
There were some exceptional people in the role, as well as some not. But either way, IBM set them up to fail.
CSMs are mostly useless, though a few are very good but most should not have a job!
