@OP the exodus of intelligent, hard working and responsible people was in train a long time ago. Why would anyone want to stay unless they’re getting paid a lot or just cruising due to their lifestyle? Most people I know are looking and will jump at the first credible offer outta this dump. Just gotta find a job though which is tough right now.

@eb The push after 2020 to worry about demographic hiring statistics versus worker quality is what doomed this place. Maybe because of the lazy approach they took - they could have done better recruiting to find good people of various demographics, but they just wanted to fill roles fast so they could report to these groups like Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and issue press reports touting their "progress" and certifications. So they put people in roles with no charisma, no vision, and poor leadership skills. Money could be saved in more creative and thoughtful ways, but this crew went for the low hanging fruit - send all jobs to India and decimate lives around the area. Oh well, this December, think of the huge bonuses they will all be getting for this short term sugar high of "saving money". Maybe when a workforce of lesser skilled people starts causing embarrassing blunders that concern potential investors, maybe they will see the mistake they made. But then again, when the new Service Desk proved to be insufficient they simply doubled the number of workers. So what 4 people could do very well pre-Accenture now they need 8+.

@a2 I was an outside hire to TRP and was told by my managers and peers that I wasn’t welcomed here. Said I was hired to make them look bad and I was going to “destroy their culture.” I’d hate to see people lose their jobs and their livelihood, but this is exactly how companies die off, from within.

I left a year ago for a job out of state. It hasn’t been easy but I had to cut my losses and move on. TRP needs to RIP. Best of luck to everyone. Stay strong
