And it’s October. Historically layoffs have occurred in October. I think I’m toast.

@OP same here. Haven't had a 1 on 1 in 3 months. They are trying to get remote employees to quit
@14c there won’t be any WARN. That’s why all laid off employees remain fully in the payroll for two months.
@a1 Respectfully I disagree. Once you're on the list you are ignored, iced out, not worth a manager's time. PIPs happen when there is more time before a layoff. It's October, not much time left. I admit, I haven't checked the WARN site, but then the layoff may not be enough to trigger it.
It's rare to suddenly ice someone and then lay them off. Wasted effort. Most constructive discharge efforts start with less work or lousy assignments, then a coaching memo and pip. The path for those is between 6 mos and a year.
