The goofs run the place. The only way to get it straight is to let LL4 and upper go. It will fix all sufferings.

That 350 call was done by some egoistic executives to cover their own a-s, it was CVS head and new leader they hired who works from California ( India ) all very crooked people

Meanwhile, we are paying gobs of consultants millions to create more chaos and confusion. Ford is cooked.

That layoff in May was the first warning, the second was RTO4 and the third one was forced ranking. Now we wait for the movie climax - Will they let go of old timers, those who fail to meet 4 days/week or ‘below expectations’. I hope you get the gist of how F gives no Fs about employees.

Ford has a situation where they have been hiring people from the outside and putting them in sr leadership positions and these people realize most of the people under them are more competent. As the snakes they are, they are working to separate highly experienced and competent people to ensure their own long-term survival.
