Say what you want about the guy but he was an effective leader and his team operates at the highest level. Why let him go? Makes no sense.

Higgins was by far the most exceptional leader in the company. The guy is just a winner who has a long career of making his way to the top in the most competitive environments imaginable. We will all miss working for him. He will have a swarm of hands raised if he goes somewhere else.
