Remember That Time?

Hey mushroom head. Remember when you and your buddies created workplace 2020? It was all about collaboration and sharing. Big open spaces with couch and conference tables and the little phone booths. All destroyed by that covid business

Now, you want it back but the difference is that all employees have to fight for a place to sit. We are on top of each other. People argue over space, they talk loud, munch chips, burp, fa-t, cough, sneeze, and pick their noses. I bet you can't guess where the byproducts end up. Did you learn nothing?

Anyway, I came up with my own passive aggressive routine. When run into one of our C's or X/Svps or other high ranking officers I snap them a salute. That's what they want. Let's make it a thing!

Never, in a million years, is that happening.

I've had to relocate buildings five times since workplace 2020 and ironically after five moves I am back to the exact same building and cube I started in. I'm glad we accomplished all that.

@OP I do remember. Is the phone booth and the game nonsense and tread mills (to look like we were Amazon or Apple) still there ? It was ridiculous and everybody laughed at the waste of money.
We were also crowded back then, and although the office space was clean, and we had a bit more flexibility than now, so many peers got the first round of the dangerous covid and this fact was unnecessary, preventable and unforgivable because none of us were locally “collaborating”. ☹️
Now, here we are, mushroom head has been preaching to the investors that we have to take care of ourselves and that he cares about our health ..😳
