This group is drowning in glazing, gaslighting, reactive abuse, and DARVO. Is there anywhere else we can actually talk about what’s really happening without all the manipulation?

@OP The discussions on Reddit are better, and the moderation actually works—unlike here.
30,000 employees so whatever you're experiencing isn't universal. Probably try to find others amongst your group or division. I have experienced very little of what has been described across this board so I can't relate. I don't doubt it's happening but this company is too big to be a monoculture.
