Irrelevant but funny. George looking very Kentucky today with his elephant socks, hiring two new fancy titles who didn't wear socks at all. They looked Tower, George looked Waterside.
All just spewed word salads was impressed with our "culture". Have they not visited this page to see our "culture".
RTO obviously no one having it. #NORTONO. Was privy to people's personal diary in the chat comments it felt like.
😂😂😂 Keep up the good work everyone!

Yeah "elephant in the room" (ERP AND RIFS) so pretty fitting lol
George has nothing to show except his socks. He is the one who tanked our MA business. Why does Humana keep these clowns around?
@OP All Healthcare’s Mission Statement Is a Lie
Every major healthcare company has a mission statement dripping with compassion: “We care for communities,” “Patients first,” “Advancing health for all.” ,” Our Employees wellbeing “ Yet behind the slogans, the reality is a system designed to extract maximum profit from illness and layoffs.
Insurance companies excel at denying coverage with bureaucratic creativity. Hospitals consolidate, cut staff, and then charge $100 for a Band-Aid. Pharmaceutical firms call themselves “innovators” while inflating prices on decades-old dr-gs. All the while, patients are told to be grateful for the “access” they’re given — until the bill arrives.
The hypocrisy is staggering. These corporations sell wellness in commercials but deliver bankruptcy in practice. Their mission isn’t health, it’s revenue. Their value isn’t care, it’s cash.
In America, sickness is a business model. And business is booming.
@a7 how many people? Guess when the culture and engagement go down the toilet, the team follows ... through no fault of their own.
The chat was lit!
I love how they gave a shout out to all taking ERP. Saying they appreciate them. Didn't bother giving a shout out to us on the Culture and Engagement team that you RIF'd last week.
They are definitely not visiting this page. Humana's culture is in the sewer. In 8 years, I have never seen morale so low. Everyone is on edge and waiting for "something" else to happen. The ERB and incoming RIFs aren't helping us feel secure in our work. Leadership does not lead but rules by force, threats, and retaliation. My BF works on the centerwell side and we compare stories. It's even worse than what we endure.
I was so thrilled to hear what was on his socks today! I mean who wants an update on their JOB? Obviously not any of us.
George looked the boomer Humana, new guys looked new Humana where robots do everything and you're feet smell like cheese.
