Leaders may quietly try to gather “fake evidence” to label you as an underperforming employee. If you’re not one, they’ll work to make you appear that way. When that happens, hold your ground. Document everything, stay steady, and wait — this will backfire!!
This is happening to me right now! Can't get anything done in the position I've been thrust into. At least the days are easy, silver linings and all that. Going to collect the checks until they tell me I can't.
