I've been here for over 3 years but don't meet the age requirement for early retirement.
In the past, have they ever offered any type of voluntary severance option when they didn't have enough people retire early? Prior to RIFs? I would gladly take it.
This place is a disaster.

RIFs will probably begin in mid October or early November. Usually it’s after the dust settles from the ERP. Voluntary is rare

@OP yes they offered voluntary rifs in 2021 in the case management dept.
No, they do not take volunteers for RIFs.
