"You are short sighted if you don't realize that this is a GOOD thing."

It is definitely a good thing, especially if you are tracking your own hours correctly.

You are short sighted if you don't realize that this is a GOOD thing.

They are making it irrelevant, slowly but surely it will be tuned out completely.

@dv it will be never corrected because it is made to use it whenever company need to eliminate some one they can do it in the name of cobc and inform DOL that it is not lack of work, its cobc termination. So, it should be strongly exposed in media. Then only it will go away.

@OP There is no point posting it here. File a complain against it. Otherwise you will be eliminated one day and people will keep posting here.

folks... look they have removed the whole month of January, and some of the data in February has changed.. if you are an employee on this thread, export your report weekly and save the files, you may need to go back to them for your defense.

I don’t think after this long that it still has glitches. It would have been corrected by now.

@br when we could telecommute, we could still get work done. But now we're forced to use a sick day.

The false flexibility that oh u can telecommute when u bust a tire, docs appointment, home repair is not true. People are forced to take vacations for these.

I will take whole sick days for these. Have plenty of sick days left

Mine is completely fu---d up. I worked a lot of extra hours, what would be considered overtime if I wasn’t salary, because so many people left my team due to RTO. The report shows 4 hour days. What in the heck. This entire thing is a cluster fu-k

.... and dont forget, everytime you telecommute, doesnt matter if u told yr boss, ur calendar and moose, it goes against your average time here. My manager said, anything that you cannot code on INFOR, will take time away from you on presence report.

This getting worse each week. The total hours in are wrong, the start/stop times are wrong, and the two do not even match each other (total hours are one number, but the start time/stop time calculation would be something completely different).
