MTD I am at 73 percent just need to get to 80 to avoid the dreadful PIP

Yall either are too new to remember or just didn't catch it. From team commissions they added on 20% attainment into individual commissions with a 20% pay increase. So technically their 80% or PIP is actually their 100%. Yall just fell hook, line, and sinker for their addendum. Why else do you think we have this churn also the inflated goals, but increased profit. They got you and made you buy into the idea. If you fell for it you are just as bad as they are.

I been hearing rumors that the company will adjust July quotas retroactively as a result of an extremely slow month... Is true?
YTD gross adds per day lows for retail, indirect, and national retail for July.
I don't know if you guys are doing your jobs but I am at 93 percent now with 5 more shifts for the month left. How about instead of doodling your thumbs on your phones you make VZ Engage calls and scrub accounts for opportunity. Every dollar counts
Yep we had a little boost in June and we’re right back to 5 reps staring at each other all day. We’ve become a “well customer service said to come here” center.
The stores have become drop- off locations for the never ending "trade in used phone promotions" . Our store ,at this point. does more new phone lines with "in store" pick ups than reps do. Finally, the antiquated quota and commission system the retail stores use do not coincide with the kpis the company are looking for,(hpu,tmp,perks,and premium plans)Also, the attainment amount stays the same even as quotas change from month to month. If say the quota is raised 50% your attainment should be raised 50%,and charge backs should be only for 30 days ,and really should be eliminated for the frontline.
yeah traffic dipped off hard. So many people coming in for transfer pins and final bill pays.
