@OP+1jzw40Ah Problem is Frank is more like Dorsey
They were sleeping in their cubes because they just got done working for 36 hours on an outage and they cared about the company.
I love how the shills think they're clever by initially adopting "I'm not a shill, but people sleep at desks" to try to sound reasonable. Now this is their new narrative since "ride the rocket" was proven to be BS after the earnings call. Whoever came up with "clients want us in the office" must be in charge of the shills.
You spelled "Frank" wrong.
JY let too many things slide, and was no longer able to cover it up. For example, associates sleeping in their cubes and managers playing favorites with promotions. He could only cover up the incompetence so long before it all got exposed, which is why he was replaced with new leadership. And the new leadership is stripping away layers of protection and cleaning house.
JY wasn’t a founder
I remember those bright, cheerful days when the merger was announced. Operation Excellence. And all the biggies made smiles and shook hands, telling us it was a great thing. First Data was the stronger firm. Fiserv did not stand a chance. Yabuki was forced out with a boatload of cash and a home in Miami. After that, Frank could tear the company down to line his pockets and also share among friends. (Drove around the Alpharetta campus yesterday and was reminded how good the Fiserv organization WAS before all he-l broke loose. Any and all Fiserv staff should be looking. Period).
Yabuki was forced out , this was never his plan. Wouldn’t feel too sorry for him with his millions but it’s worth noting.
