@g3 same exact experience
@g3 my same exact experience… sad how it seems to be normalized and tolerated. It’s unethical
@gb I haven’t seen anyone at Fiserv receive any kind paid/formalized training
Next time, read the comments on the Layoff and Glassdoor before you jump ship. It will save you the hassle of moving to someplace where you will be miserable. And, it will save your future company the cost of hiring and training you.
@OP I left a company that I had been with for several years to join Fiserv. I must say Fiserv was the worst company that I have ever worked for. I only lasted 11 months. There's a lot of micromanagement. At one point I couldn't get up from my seat without getting a message from management. My Team Lead was a real piece of work. I suffered from anxiety and PSTD from my time there.
I retired by moving out of Georgia in 2019 just prior to First data super ge----o came in. Glad I did so
@OP What's making you already wanting to leave? You know prospective new hires, HR, marketing and leadership stalk this site. Share your experience in enough detail to tell your story without exposing yourself.
I've been here longer and i just vomit to make it through the day. We work hard by walking around the building five times a day and have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the companies time. Works for us until we can blow this joint.
Depends on the team you’re in
Where are you based?
I’ve been to a few of the offices and some are better than others.
one of us. one of us.
