I say sc--w Fiserv I don't care that i have a non-compete and just let them try to sue me. Fiserv is so toxic.

Non compete is part of the stock options grant. If you signed the options then you signed a non compete.

How will they know where you're going if you don't tell them? Wait until the noncompete period ends before updating your LinkedIn. If you must update it, update your title but don't reveal the company name.
