Curious on what reps are getting paid across the country. I’m in south east region making 49,500 base. Been in role under 5 years

This is definitely a dead end job. I make the same now as I did 10 years ago as a rep. My fault for staying.

Get promoted that's where the real money starts.
Used to be a great job! SR roles were in high demand. When we all worked for Kraft it was awesome, completely different animal now! Micro manage people and treat people with the worst dos respect! Management ruined it! F%#k them!
50k is the new 25k. They demand so much more now but pay less than ever. Sc--w this cheap company.
Based were low always because the bonuses were attainable and there so many incentives out there, not now. For most, the base is it! You can make that elsewhere without the headache and aggravation.
