What is up with this entire organization!
One change barely rolls out and then it is changed again. Too much time on management hands to dream up constant tweaks is annoying and screams incompetence. Here is a thought- Do a pilot first before you make real changes.

More like bipolar than OCD… lol…Humana has been like this for all the years I have been there. It’s been a crazy ride.
I’ve been saying this exact thing for 3 years! Have come to realize “they” could care less. Makes me sick to listen to their “Senior focus “ rhetoric as “ they “ are anything but! Humana, YOU, should be ashamed! Corporate greed on the backs of Seniors SMH!
