It's been quiet on the Fiserv layoff side. Has anyone heard anything? Maybe we can go the rest of the year without any Major layoffs!!

@m5 There are definitely also organic low performers.
@302 Looking forward to the outcome
@ff you think you gonna survive,,,, lol can't wait!
@bs i had an excellent track record and then rated as " needs improvement " i took FMLA , STD filed EEOC , NJLAD , Worker compensation claims and more in my book, this is how to treat a bad faith employer. Join me !!!!
To those who talk about poor performance, at review time every manager is told that a certain number of associates must be rated as poor or underperforming. It's called forced ranking. Every associate in a group is compared to their colleagues. Even in very high performing groups, someone is ranked at the bottom. Now, you tell me if you want that artificially low rated performer to be laid off.
@OP Just leave already you miserable clump of cow po-p.
we are happy and content with the company. it's paying our bills and we work with good people.
so F off.
@b1 I wish they would pick me. Any tips?
@bp poor performers are the folks that do the right thing for the clients.
In doing what's right, it doesn't align with their artificial metrics. Cases closed and cases opened less then 3 days are not a measure of quality, Client satisfying work.
It's a measure to use against C-suite level clients to show that we are "serving" them well
Not so fast… they are evaluating “poor performers”
i happily laid myself off.
found something similar but way better at a company that values quality over time and actually encourages work life balance!
it’s out there just takes some time and effort with applications and interviews
@b1 You're not lying.
The layoff is happening right now.
They’ve just managed to do it on the cheap by making working conditions as miserable as possible, so people run for the door without having to be paid off.
