I can’t even enjoy the holiday off. I woke up with a feeling of existential dread because I have to come into the office tomorrow. I can’t take this sh-t anymore. It’s very sad because I used to love working here. I’m

I agree with the suggestion to talk to your Dr. about anti-anxiety meds or antidepressants. This place does drain you, but until you find something else, do what it takes to get through it.
Keep working hard! I heard that upper management is going to reward everyone with a pizza party! (Little Caesars, 16 slices per pie, one slice allowed per employee, 2 slices permitted to those who double quota). If you are lucky you might also get a red solo cup of store brand cola.
@OP Would not hurt to visit a Dr and get some anxiety medication. SSRI may help to find motivation to get a new job too because I can't imagine you are doing too well to be that worried as a non exec.
@b2 You would enjoy life to not think about Fiserv.
Unless you don't like your new job either. Then come on in and join the fun, let us in on the juicy deets.

I check this site occasionally. Because I went through a lot of the same as the good people who are still there. I want to assure that there are companies who will appreciate their talent.
Why are you posting??
@a8+1jw6dn286 LOL. You're so happy in your life that you still come to thelayoff.com?
A lot of people here think they are hot sh-t wasting 8 hours complaining and giving other people more work than they ever would have had without them to grace their team.
Some of us are just here to support our family and want to have some pride or dignity in what we do, and go home at a reasonable time.
If you all are so fu--ing good, why are you working at Fiserv again?
OP must work for JG.
I have been gone going on a year and I totally understand what you are saying. Even coming home from an awesome vacation still made me worry about what was waiting for me in my email.
It takes time but it gets better once you can get out. But finding something new is not easy so give yourself time.
Fiserv isn’t worth that unless you’re making 250-300k plus.
