WF Hiding the numbers

When Charlie joined he said he wanted WF employees to number around 180K. That was when total head count was around 260K most in the US. Starting in 2025 they stopped using the Cost Code we could look at for the numbers displaced at any given time. THEY ALSO moved the International head count into total head count!

As of 4/18:
Total head count under C.S. 221,846
Physical Location = USA is 169,695
Physical Location = IND is 37,005

At what point will there be enough layoffs? US employee are already under the number previously communicated, Have you noticed they haven't communicated any add'l reduction numbers to the public?

There are far more offshore resources than your numbers. Almost 80k in India and Philippines alone.

Search for physical work address by nation.

Specifically, how did you get the offshore totals?

It's obvious to me that Shart won't stop until the non-sales / non-exec domestic headcount is zero. Any number he throws out along the way is nothing but a short term goal.

@as that is no longer accurate, we have groups from India that now report into our Org and I am sure we aren’t alone. Nice way to hide the actual count.

Hey, @OP. You should ask the question in every town hall and AMA you get invited to.

Find out who the head of India is, see how many reports they have. Subtract that from Charlie's total reports. It's not that difficult.

You forgot Philippines..that is around 12,000

The "official" posted headcount in the earnings materials last week was 215k.

There is no end to layoffs. That’s what Chainsaw Charlie is known for.

I think it’s because they are still not meeting the 1 billion dollar quote for the severance package .

This is a moving target - we need to displace around 180k in the US and move the HQ to Hyderabad, right before my golden parachute and toilet are provided.
