I second that dare… call up those clients and tell them their service partner was just fluff.
Wow…tell a client their Service partners were “fluff”….i dare you, Corp Comms/HR. How about you get a spine like each of those hard-working client-facing folks that were cast aside…and stop being an accountability coach for horrible leaders? Get us out of this downward spiral.
