Unless you're lucky enough to be part of one of the few good teams, then you are stuck working in one of the most toxic work environments in the industry. We have to deal with bullying, backstabbing, finger-pointing, and so much more every day. If you have a serious issue and you try to approach HR about it, they will make it seem as if they will help but they don't. I regret joining this place every day.

And then they try and hide the truth by making employees fear retaliation while they are filling out the opinion survey every year. Smiling is not a common facial expression at the office, super toxic environment.
