Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Please don't insult your fellow employees

We're all in this together. The only ones who benefit when we turn on each other (calling each other miserable, worthless, lazy, or whatever else colorful insults I've read here) is the management. Don't give them the satisfaction of seeing us at each other throats. Call me a fool, but I believe that we're much stronger when united and we actually represent a threat to them.

PSA: when OP says "management" he/she actually means "executives".

I have not seen any blowups at my location. Maybe I am fortunate, who knows.

This is now the way of all large banks. It is very sad, but the way it is all of he big banks are toxic layoff environments with a handful of mega-compensated C Suite execs looting the banks and grinning.

@OP+1grrEUuH those that call out people who post could be trolls.... truly, WF management has now created an environment that I don't recognize anymore...my direct mgr has no problem jumping down throats during staff meetings. Maybe he's miserable, but most likely on a power trip deciding HOW we are to interpret WF announcements, processes, etc. Sh*t rolls down hill
