With devaluation of the Ruble, soldiers make $700-$2,500 per monthmonth.
We will offer any Russian soldier on Ukrainian soil, who lays down arms, $100K and resettlement in the West. We need labor, this works for us.
If 30K troops accept (cost $3B), invasion is over, right?
