The Dead Woodies don't start out that way. At one time they were top performers, but they just got worn down and burned out.

I left WFA and can also confirm a lot of top performers left. Literally, 100's of millions in revenue walked out the door and went to competitors.
Where i am i see tons of dead wood, they stay around for 4-5 years and do close to zero. The hardest workers are left to do the work of a dozen and they grind them to dust and don't promote them.
Where I work the deadwood was sent packing. the Good wood left on their own.

By “deadwoods” are you actually talking about he equivalent of multiple dead forests? In other words are you referring to all of our hubs?

Omg yes this is very true but the execs haven’t noticed because their yes men haven’t left…
No real discernable difference in retention in my group. Some deadwood has left, some good employees have left, pretty much the same as every other year.
