All Wells Fargo corporate elites and management dont personally their write report analysis. These overpaid incompetent Wells Fargo managers copy and plagiarize employee report analysis and steal our ideas as their own work. Hell to these toxic managers are failures low IQ in Wells Fargo!
I don’t think it is actual testing rather people are interviewing for their roles. I think it’s called pool interviewing.
I dont think there is any merit to this one. No one has been asked to test that I know of.

I am in a part of tech, and it was mentioned and will roll out slowly over this year, but next year be available for everyone. I think to be sure the skills match the position they are in. There are concerns managers have no experience in domain so wont know who is qualified.
Chief Customer Officer mentioned it in her presentation last week as well

I am in Tech and manager mentioned tests coming to test competency and to qualify people for their jobs. Not sure what it means.
