Sick and tired of these “LEADERS” shoveling Sh!t down the pipeline while they spend their weeks at the golf course or their second job selling real-estate. Aparna needs to wake TF up and get a whiff of the Sh!t at the bottom and realize these middle managers don’t do squat but twiddle their thumbs and collect their hyper inflated salaries to pump and dump fake growth.

The amount of pressure on retail to not net cost or bundle, yet R2B and B2B rely on this make a check. The amount of biz accounts that have products and services that aren’t used is astounding. If they had compliance on their backs for “non usage” lines, they would all be fired.

They cancel a tablet and put the customer on a lower plan and re-activate and count it as growth (GA). Last I counted that was churn. You got paid for a new line while verizon lost revenue. Not smart leadership. Whos looking at these numbers? The middle management of the SMB retail sales team are THE MOST useless position in the company.
