I agree! The commission structure and pay has gone to complete sh-t! All perks besides basic benefits have been taken, our stocks have tanked, quotas are out of touch, hours being cut, and clueless careless sh-t leadership. They reward useless management for taking calls while taking everything away from front line while demanding more! Us Frontline soldiers are making all the sales and constantly get less and less for performing more and more. This company is fu---d up lately. Used to be a proud place to work but now it's a dumpster fire! We need real leaders, not Hans and his cheap garbage a-s and a bunch of yes yuppies allowing this company to fall to sh-t. We are a sinking titanic and captain Hans and his crew of flunkies steered us square into the iceberg of failure. They need to go back to rewarding the front line and cut some of the more useless departments that don't contribute to revenue. It's so embarrassing and so many people have become clerks instead of sales people and its due to lack of pay and incentives.
