How are you supposed to function with less payroll than store open hours? Do we just leave a f****n note with instructions so the customers can ring themselves up?
Corporate self image = Look at all we are doing to improve staff development and make our managers better.
Reality = the stores are an apocalyptic wasteland and everyone who is left is burnt out and barely hanging on.
