After the next round of cuts is complete there will be hardly anyone left who can actually run the company. This is due to the chasing away of good talent, diversity and female hires and just plain hiring people with without the proper qualifications to be able to do the job!!

@7fpr+1nF4nHE7 - they have no plan. the only plan is GBS and fast track it to sham centers. the place is so messed up - toxic vps, managers. the talented people were let go with nothing to replace. all day useless meetings. all that happens is delegation and delegation. with the sap rollout that is another disaster looming and a shutdown will happen.
I’m soooooo demotivated. Distribution, execution, and supply chain are a total mess. Senior management is so far removed, they act like we can have a normal business plan.
Are you saying being a minority or a female isn't a qualification? I know we strongly prefer both, so who cares whether they are capable and competent. Diversity is our strength! 🤮
