Sometimes I wonder if this company still wants good, capable employees working here at all??? The reason I wonder this is because I notice that precisely such valuable employees are exposed to ever greater pressures.

Correct do many in Plano.. should have been l8 but hired into l11 knows nothing but self promotion same with several others .. steal.ideas then your as their own. As long as u are Indian and opposite gender you can't do wrong.

it did not matter; even those who were talented and diverse have left or pushed out. This org is a cult. put people in position and paralysis has come to play.
After the next round of cuts is complete there will be hardly anyone left who can actually run the company. This is due to the chasing away of good talent, diversity and female hires and just plain hiring people with without the proper qualifications to be able to do the job!!
warm bodies in remote places are kept, if you are female and a manager you can do anything you want and not get let go. I see it in my area. A female DSL in a remote area and she does nothing. She is only working for the benefits as her spouse has his own business and no insurance
Not sure why the comment below was down voted. The company openly talks about meeting diversity and female hires and promotions to leadership positions. If you don’t fit those quotas, you’re nothing.
They need bodies to meet the diversity quotas. If you fit, you must be kept or promoted. If not, good luck growing your career.
