I'm preparing my resume and the anxiety levels are through the roof. It is clear that the business is going in a new direction, but I do not like that direction.
Time will tell, but it seems to me that a lot has gone downhill? I wonder what this company will look like in a few years?

@6bgw+1cPGrvjG You are in part correct. Humana is doing Biden's dirty work. What we are seeing is a redistribution or wealth. Somehow I think you will see a larger proportion of your pay check going to SDOH, the Environment and the back pocket of Big Pharma Than our CEO will be paying. They are redistributing the wealth and wellness of the middle class not the greedy rich. They don't care about you... If they did this LAYOFF site Wouldn't need to exist.
Isn’t addressing SDOH part of preventive care?
Humana used to be about preventative care and helping seniors. Now it’s chasing Medicaid dollars and social determinants of health. Higher corporate tax rate under Biden means layoffs.

I agree, Humana has gone downhill. The morale of all employees is at an all time low. They have taken a really great company to work for down the drain. Many long time employees are sadly opting out of the company.
