In the town hall yesterday, during Q&A, did I hear her say there may not be an AIP coming up? Along with some wishy washy nonanswer about raises? Come on Humana, you can do better!

What town hall are you referring to? I only get invites to the Pharmacy ones but not the Humana ones.
I heard software engineers will not have any bonuses this year!
It’s actually employed on 12/31, which is a holiday, so is PTO, and your last day can’t be PTO, which is why the RIF folks last day is 1/6. Or, your last day of work has to be 1/3
Yes. Just have be on the payroll until Dec. 31, 2022
What if someone resigns or gets laid off before march? will AIP and/or bonus be paid?
Oh, Mike, no cute responses with another i appropriate name? I hope you don’t work for Humana since I would be very sad if you were actually on my team
AIP will continue and raises will be minimal, and the raises will be occurring in first quarter
@5vtx+1k4WH3wK- thanks for the information. This doesn’t surprise me. Humana has totally paused raises in the past and won’t hesitate to do so in the future. I also don’t look for AIP to continue in 2023. The more saved the more the upper leaders bonus.
As we prepped for raises this past January, I had been informed at that time, raises for '23 would be delayed until Sept.
And, charming name poster, you do realize that this last RIF hit middle management really hard and SMEs don’t usually get paid more, so not quite sure where you heard what you heard….and if you do the math, the average across the industry of 4-5%, as you said, will occur at Humana, your raise may only be the 1% you are stating, and you’re AIP may be 3%, and there you go, sweetie-4%. I’m gathering by your chosen handle you’re as clueless in your role as the name you chose to post under, so maybe you won’t even get that 1%. In this current world, please realize Beavis and Bu-----d had a time and place, and it’s not as cute or as clever you thought it was.
Based on your review rating, inconsistent/full/exceptional, it will range from 2%-5%, they don’t know yet since they are going to do team budgets after January 1st. AIP will also be ranged based on your performance, and they still haven’t concluded the metrics yet. It will not be like raises in past years, that is for certain. With the raises and AIP based on performance and it being harder and harder to get exceptional, it will be presented as the combined amount of AIP and raise for a higher percentage you’re getting. And, as usual, AIP is not calculated in your base, so if your combined percentage is 6%- 3% raise, 3% AIP, next year your raise is based on the actual salary number, or the 3%. So, in a sense, it’s under cutting the number added to your base for future years raises….and your post ID is very 7th grade and a bit offensive
OK so what did you hear?
Mr charming name poster…I heard differently
Sounds like raises are under 2 percent from what has been floated and probably closer to 1 percent for middle management/SME positions. Really useful with inflation at 7-8 percent and average across all industries of 4-5 percent.
She did skirt around the issue, but in a round about way she did confirm AIP was still a go, however I didn’t hear if there was a plan for raises or when the increases would go into effect.
No, AIP is still scheduled to be disbursed in March
