Anyone else confused why Untrust folk received more than bbt folk for same roles and performance ratings, very odd how this is bank-wide disparity.

Those amounts for any teammate is deplorable! Truist has made so much money off the backs and hard work from the dedicated employees and this is all that was given? That is ridiculous!
suntrust blended branches received 400. BBT blended 300 and hbbt 300 and hsti 300. Whoever said fighting over 100 y'all are right haha the big wigs raked us over the coals and want us fighting over 100 that suntrust folk got. I will work as I am paid going forward and that is complete do----o work pace
$300...divide that by all the extra hours you worked doing nonsense that had nothing to do with your role over the last two+ years, and tell me what ya got.

I'm sure this was planned to get us fighting each other over $100 instead of the millions the executives are getting for selling us out.
suntrust folk got 400, bbt folk got 300. also supposedly there was a plannned audits only for hbbt branches before their reviews bc they did not have time to plan untrust ones, look and see, all done recently were all hbbt. to decrease potential payouts ect also those working hbbt under 12 months were ineligible although many untrust folk under 12 months got it pushed through, don't think its true, ask ppl you know.
