Only those at Grade 11 and above are eligible for bonuses (may not get them). They are paid around the end of March each year.
Nobody on my team in my department below director level received bonuses.
Yes as a non director employee who is not in sales I am telling you you’re wrong based on my own experiences in 2023
I don't know if this is true or not but at legacy Fiserv bonuses depended quite a bit on the business unit you were in. I spent time in three different BU's. Some didn't even give every Director a bonus. Others were much more standard with it, where everyone in a pay band got the same percentage. Sorry to hear they are eliminating some bonuses out there. If I was a manager without a bonus I would be out of there. Plus the Director bonus of like 15% is very weak.
Fiserv has last paid associates below director level bonuses in 2022. We only get merit raises if we're lucky and yet you're telling me I'm wrong? They sent out notice 2 years ago that no more bonuses were being done.
Unless you're in sales or director and above, there are no bonuses for us peons.
“Only director and above get bonuses”
That is not true.
Wait, Managers don't get their 10% bonus anymore?
You must be new. Bless your heart.
First off, bonuses are paid in March. They haven't even done performance reviews yet. And second, only Director and above get bonuses. FB cut off the all other Associates two years ago, so we all got screwed.
If your lucky to get a merit raise, it still doesn't equal the current COL adjustment.
Not the OP’s fault or problem folks are being laid off.
Who gets bonuses I sure haven’t while working here?
Thousands are being let go, you’re not reading the room very well by posting this question on this site.
Bonus? How did you get a bonus? I cut out bonuses this year.
Which group are you in ever saw bonuses? Director level?
I got the you need to repay email two months after I left. I ignored it because it was just an email that said you need to repay x but provided no supporting documentation at all, I don’t even know if it was accurate. It also was such a small amount I was more curious than anything how much they would hound me for it.
The only employees that are eligible for bonus payouts are the ones who have driven 2+ hours to the office and badged in Mon -> Fri.
Oh no! Not the "no rehire" list. Anything but that.
According to the termination doc, they are supposed to garnish any amount owed (bonus, tuition, etc) from your final paycheck(s). They can ask for it to be repaid beyond that, according to the doc if you do not comply you will put on a "no rehire" list.
I'm not sure it's worth their time and effort to legally pursue these amounts, unless they are quite large...and given that it's Fiserv I'm sure most aren't.
I’m most curios if they hounded anyone that left since the bonus for repayment.
Annual bonuses are paid out well into the following year. Usually March or so. It has been getting later each year. Last year it came with a 2 year repayment clawback that surprised lots of people planning an exit.
500 living proof baby !!
if you're grade 10 or below, you're not getting anything.
Yes. The first shipment of jelly will be strawberry, yum!
Maybe if you count severance as a type of bonus.
That’s the funniest thing I read all day…. NO
