Every group is different. Group I work in is 3 days remote, 2 days in the office

Ive heard they are planning on 4 days in office - for GTI/IP at least. I don't see how that works out everywhere as they don't have the physical space for people coming in that much.
I've been in 5 days for 2 years now. Your attendance will be closely monitored and you will be on a list for not coming in.

Absolutely not true. We're 3 days a week in office minimum, soon to be 4 days as per rumors.

They are slowly switching to five days as they are tricking people back to office. I suggest find a job that still offers hybrid as this should be the minimum norm
